You will learn everything you need to know about using a Big Green Egg from start to finish and cover all the different cooking methods available on the Big Green Egg including:
- How to fire and maintain heat levels
- How to use the Big Green Egg for grilling, baking, smoking, frying, roasting, and wok cooking.
- Samples of all the foods cooked in the class.
The instructor for this class is Eric Mitchell, author of “Smoke it Like a Pro” and “More BBQ and Grilling”. Eric competed on the competition BBQ circuit using only Big Green Eggs. He’s been invited to the Jack Daniels Invitational World Championship twice, and in 2009, at the American Royal World Series of Barbecue, he received a perfect score for his dessert!
