Sample Saturday: Wagyu Brisket

On October 16, 2021, we will be serving free Wagyu brisket samples and demonstrating the process on Yoder pellet smokers here at Meadow Creek Barbecue Supply.
Update: We will also be serving brisket chili featuring Malcom’s Bonafide Chili Seasoning and Angus brisket!

This event will be an awesome opportunity to hang out with barbecue enthusiasts and to pick up expert tips that will help you cook amazing brisket with confidence.
🔥 We will be smoking the Wagyu briskets on Yoder pellet smokers and finishing the burnt ends on a Big Green Egg.
🔥 We will wrap the briskets in peach butcher paper.
🔥 We will serve slices from the flat and burnt ends from the point.
