The annual Competition Ribs Sample Saturday is coming right up, and yet again we're giving you the privilege of learning from one of the world's best pitmasters!
He's been competing since he was 18 years old. He's won over 70 championships and earned multiple perfect scores. He has his own line of award-winning rubs and sauces.
We're talking about the one and only Heath Riles of Heath Riles BBQ. And yes, you can hang with him right here at our store in New Holland on June 22nd.
Heath will be cooking competition baby back ribs and sharing his secrets with anyone lucky enough to show up when he's cooking.
Naturally, when the ribs are done you'll get to help sample them, and you can help yourself to drinks and recipe handouts too.
