Do you wish you could hang out with a competition ribs champion, ask your most pressing questions, and sample his ribs? Your dream is about to come true!
On June 12, 2021, Cam Day from Elk Creek BBQ will be serving free St. Louis competition style rib samples here at Meadow Creek Barbecue Supply. Our great friends from Manhattan Jack BBQ team will also be here demonstrating rib tips and tricks.

Cam’s competition team has been awarded 15+ Grand Championships, 20+ Reserve Grand Championships, and hundreds of top 10 calls in various competitions by multiple sanctioning bodies, as well as some none-sanctioned events.
This event will be an awesome opportunity to hang out with an experienced competition pitmaster. Cam and the others will be happy to answer all of your questions and to help you overcome your greatest challenges with cooking ribs.
Whether you’re interested in competition barbecue or a barbecue enthusiast who loves to cook for friends, this is your chance to pick up some tips that will help you cook amazing ribs with confidence.
