Elk Creek Ribs and Steak Class

Would you like to discover a celebrity pitmaster’s secrets for smoking ribs? Do you need pointers for getting into competition barbecue? If so, this class will be an important step toward your success!
In this class Cam Day from Elk Creek BBQ will teach you how to cook competition style St. Louis ribs, backyard style baby back ribs, and backyard style beef ribs. Cam will give you his secrets on how to prepare and season the ribs, wrap the ribs, determine doneness, glaze with sauce, and slice for serving.
If you’re a beginner, this class will give you a huge boost of confidence to cook ribs for your guests; if you’ve been cooking for a while, chances are pretty high that you’ll learn a trick or two that can help you get better results.
Bonus: Learn How to Cook Incredible Steaks—With Consistent Results
In a steak competition, you lose without close attention to every detail, and Cam has won enough steak competitions to make it into the SCA World Championships. In this class, Cam will teach you his methods for getting consistent results when cooking a steak at home. You will learn how to choose a steak and then trim, season, cook, and serve it.
Note: This is not a competition steak class.
