Sample Saturday: Shrimp and Salmon

Do you love seafood, but worry about ruining expensive meat on the grill?
Shrimp and salmon are a great place to start, and we’ll be grilling and smoking shrimp and cedar-planked salmon fillets at our next sample Saturday on March 16!
You’re invited to come enjoy free samples, ask questions, and learn our sure-fire methods that will impress your guests the next time you fire up the grill to cook shrimp and salmon.
Mahlon will be cooking the shrimp in a Big Green Egg and smoking the salmon in a Yoder pellet smoker. This will be an informal event, so you’ll be able to chat about the recipes and how the cookers work.
Come check out these grills in use, enjoy FREE samples of delicious seafood, and learn a few tips for serving mouth-watering shrimp and salmon to your guests.
