Hickory-Smoked Barbecue Meals at the 2025 New Holland Fair
Come on out to enjoy barbecue meals during the New Holland Fair on Main Street from Wednesday to Friday (October 1–3)!
Our menu will consist of the following foods, all cooked and prepared on-site and served out of our commercial kitchen at Meadow Creek Barbecue Supply, 140 W Main Street:
- Hickory Smoked Brisket Sandwich: $14
- Hickory Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich: $13
- Sweet Potato Fries: $5
- Grilled Shrimp on Ice: $6
- Smokafried Garlic Parm Wings: $6
- Brisket Baked Beans: $5
- Smoked Turkey Corn Soup: $5
- Drinks: $1
Serving times will be as follows:
- Wednesday to Friday 11 am – 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm – 8 pm or until sold out
- On Saturday our store will be open from 8 am – 12 pm, but we will not be serving meals.
How to Access Our Store During the Event
The best time to call or visit the store on normal business will be 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM. If we are unable to connect, please leave a voice message and we’ll call you back as soon as we can.
Our main Route 23 entrance will be blocked from Tuesday 12:00 PM - Saturday 12:00 PM but you can slip in the back entrance through Franklin Street Garage. Their address is 129 W Franklin St, New Holland, PA; drive through their parking lot and across the speed bumps, and you’re in our bottom lot.
Directions: If driving east on Rt.23, turn right on S Custer Ave, first left on W Franklin St (slip between barriers), then left at the Franklin Street Garage. If driving West, turn left on S Railroad Ave, 2nd right on E Fulton St, turn right on S Custer Ave, turn right on W Franklin St (slip between barriers), then left at the Franklin Street Garage.
We will have free seating along the street under a canopy for those who purchase food from us.
If you're in the area, stop in and try some of our food! And if you're interested, you'll also be able to see a couple of smokers fired up outside cooking meat for the fair.
