USOur chef was very happy!
We just celebrated our 47th Oktoberfest, Sept 19, 20, 21, at the Delaware Saengerbund in Newark Delaware. We cooked 700 lbs. of pork butts in 3 days using our PR60 and the 2nd tier grate. Everything worked great and we had the best pulled pork ever! Thank you for a well designed and built cooker. We love it! We're trying to talk the club into buying us a second one! I tried to add photos of our loaded cooker but apparently I can't.
