Smoked cheese and summer sausage are the perfect snack to enjoy while making memories with family and friends during your holiday celebrations and these long winter evenings. ?
On Saturday, December 5, we’ll be giving away samples of smoked cheese and summer sausage that we smoked here in our own kitchen!

We don’t just sell supplies… we make this stuff ourselves too, so you’ll be able to ask questions of people experienced in making summer sausage and smoking cheese.
? Take home a free copy of our Meat Processing Cheat Sheet and purchase seasonings, casings, and even equipment, so that you can make your first batch of summer sausage with confidence.
? We’ll also have a cold smoker set up in the kitchen to show you how we smoke our cheeses in a charcoal smoker.
